I guess I never really paid much attention to that sort of thing... not that I can remember, at least. [With her memories being a big blank void, still...] Ah, but I think you'd be a much better target for one's affections. It's admirable how outgoing you are, Minako, such things are important in relationships, I think.

[Right??? Like it would probably be easy to go on dates and stuff with Minako, and that sort of thing is a big part of relationships... right??? Geez, she doesn't know anything about this sort of thing...]

Which is why I think you should tell this man how you feel.

[ Minako definitely smiles to herself at that compliment - although it fades a little at what Ruler says next. She's kind of glad she ended up using the phones for this, since it's not something she likes showing to people in person as much. ]

Ah.. That'd be the problem with all of this, I guess. [ It'd sure be a lot easier if she could just go to this person and ask them how they feel!! She can do that, she's outgoing and direct enough for it. ] He's not here. I remembered him this morning, which must mean he was part of my life before.

[Just as Minako's joy seems to fade a little, so too does the line on Ruler's end go a bit quiet. It's... hard to address this, because in the short time she's been in the heavens, none of her own memories have returned. She wishes she could sympathize with Minako, tell her she can understand... but she really can't.]

[ Minako doesn't realise that the whole thing could dampen Ruler's spirits a bit as well - it only hits her once she hears the other girl saying that.

And that, obviously, makes her motivated to try to act as Cheerful As Possible about this. Because dangit, if she's going to be the Exemplar here, then that means Ruler is like one of her girls now. Which means she's determined to keep her happy and try to take on as many of the heavy things as possible by herself instead. ]

No, no, it's alright! [ At least Minako is super good at making her tone instantly sound more like her cheerful self again. Shove all issues under the carpet until she's ready to deal with them in private. ] I mean.. It's weird, for sure? But we have entirely different lives here now, so it's fine!

You should totally tell me too once you remember something! I guess it could still be a while until then, since it took me months to remember anything at all too.. But then we could have some sort of fun slumber party where we tell each other about our memories! Natsuru can join in too! Doesn't that sound like it'd be fun?
