VESSEL NAME & LOCATION: Seiki (聖), over her heart
VESSEL FORM: Her battle standard
POWER: Pyrokinesis. Ruler technically has some command over fire thanks to her second Noble Phantasm, and since the shinki power of creating borderlines can tie in well to her first Noble Phantasm, then command over fire is a fitting personal skill for her. Irony aside.
Ruler will be able to create and control fire, though her power will act differently depending on which. If she's manipulating an already available fire source, it's easier to control and shape to her will. Creating fire makes it harder to control, and takes a lot more out of her. It also has some limitations on just how much she can do; when creating fire from nothing, she can't initially summon anything bigger than a baseball-sized fireball. Once it comes into contact with another object, then Ruler can stoke it to a larger and larger flame, up to the size of a small bonfire.
How much she can create at first and the size of the flame can improve, of course, over time and with enough training over her time in the game, but it won't be infinite, and will also largely be reigned in by Ruler's own phobia of fire.

CAUSE OF DEATH: In the fight with Jeanne Alter at the end of the Orleans Singularity, Ruler's corrupted clone struck a fatal blow against the girl, running her through with her sword.
